This page covers the current use of the marketing site and waitlist while the product is still in beta.

Scope

These terms apply to the Council of 5 marketing site, informational pages, and beta waitlist flows. They do not yet describe a full production subscription agreement.

By using the site or submitting a beta request, you agree to use the site lawfully and not attempt to interfere with the service or its security.

Beta status

Council of 5 is currently in beta. Product descriptions, pricing, and access terms may change as the beta evolves.

Nothing on the site should be treated as a guarantee of product availability, uninterrupted access, or production readiness.
