Closed beta.
Here's the model.
Four tiers plus a separate Carol add-on. The structure is locked. The numbers finalize as we onboard the first cohort.
Apply for access — we'll talk pricing tailored to your portfolio.
Built around how you'll grow.
Tiered by entity count — the primary driver of how much intelligence work we're doing for you. Every tier ships with the full council, every source, every receipt.

Add Carol to any plan.
Carol is co5's AI Intelligence Director — the consultative layer between the council and your decisions. Ask her why a verdict moved, what she'd watch tomorrow, whether the boardroom answer holds.
- personPriced per userAdd Carol to specific seats, not the whole plan.
- historyMediates with the audit trailEvery Carol answer cites the underlying mention, verdict, or source.
- scheduleAvailable post-trialTrial focuses on the council. Carol unlocks when you graduate to a paid tier.
The rigor doesn't change.
Only the volume does.
We don't gate the council, the sources, or the receipts. Bigger plans cover more entities — they don't buy you better analysis.
One prevented false escalation saves more than a year of co5. One caught crisis before it set? That value doesn't fit in a pricing table.
What you get in the first cohort.
Closed beta is a partnership. We give you early access and direct influence. You give us real decisions to calibrate against.
Whatever we settle on for v1 — you keep it. Even when public pricing rolls out at a higher tier.
Full council, 5 entities, 1 seat. Test the workflow with real coverage on real names that matter to you.
Issues triaged same-day. Feature requests shape v1. You're not in a queue — you're in the build conversation.
How we choose source weighting, escalation thresholds, doctrine packs — informed by your decisions during beta.
What operators ask first.
Why closed beta? Why not public pricing?
Because we're calibrating the model on real portfolios — entity ratios, source weighting, doctrine packs — and the first cohort directly shapes those decisions. Pricing finalizes alongside that learning. Showing placeholder dollars before customer interviews would anchor us into the wrong number.
What counts as an entity?
A brand, executive, organization, or product you want continuously tracked. Tesla is one entity. Elon Musk is another. Cybertruck is a third. You decide which names matter — we run the full council on each.
What happens when I outgrow my tier?
You hit your entity or seat cap and we surface an upgrade modal in-product: "Adding this entity moves you to Scale at $X/mo. Confirm?" You decide. No silent overage, no surprise invoice. Top tier (Scale) routes to a conversation about Enterprise.
When does the 3-month free trial start?
When we onboard you into the beta. You get 5 entities, 1 seat, the full council, every source — same depth as a paid plan, just capped on volume. Carol Chat unlocks when you graduate to a paid tier.
Can I add Carol later?
Yes. Carol is a per-user add-on you can attach to specific seats on any paid plan. Add or remove anytime; admin controls who has access. Unavailable during the free trial — Carol is calibrated against the same first cohort.
Monthly or annual billing?
Both. Monthly is the default. Annual prepay comes with a discount targeting roughly "two months free." You can switch through your billing portal; Stripe handles the proration.
Closed beta is open.
Tell us the names you'd cover. We'll come back within 48 hours with a beta seat or a conversation about why now isn't the fit.
The structure is locked. The price comes calibrated to what you cover.
